RETURN POLICY

Please contact info@baublesbeads.com for a return authorization number. It can take up to 24 hours for us to respond to emails and we apologize for this inconvenience.

 

Baubles + Beads accepts returns of brass jewellery. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Items must be returned within 60 business days of receiving the item. Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered. The items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, wrappings, pouches, and other signature packaging materials.


If you are not happy with the order, you can return it to Baubles + Beads and we will refund the cost of the product within the 60 days (please see above paragraph). If you are returning because you do not like the product, we will not refund the cost of shipping. We only refund shipping if the product is damaged as a result of shipping from us to you or our own failed quality control. In other words, we pay for shipping when there is an issue from our end. 

 

If the product arrives damaged (please take photos of the damage when you are unpacking and send to info@baublesbeads.com) and we will send you a replacement and pay for the shipping of the replacement item. If there is damage to the item upon arrival, you will need to show us this.  It is not always possible to replace with exact matches and will make every effort to match as closely (similar) as possible. If we are unable to replace the item, then we will refund your money for that specific item.

 

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.

 

All sales are FINAL on the following items / types of items:

  • Sterling silver 92.5 jewellery

  • Anything that contains pearls

  • Reduced/sale priced items

  • Personalized or custom work
     

These items may not be returned or exchanged. If there are issues with the quality or damage during shipping of FINAL priced items, please contact us with details.

 

*Note for international returns: Shipping, customs, and other taxes on international returns must be paid entirely by the customer.

A NOTE ABOUT HANDMADE

Handmade products are not machined by tools. As a result, there are some inconsistencies in shape and depth/thickness and polymer clay products can have little imperfections on the product and in particular on the back of the product. These imperfections are minor.


Jewellery findings and parts
There can be imperfections in some of the findings that we use. The imperfections are often out of the control of the manufacturer. Baubles + Beads discards poor quality findings but if we have  missed one, please let us know. Take a photo and send it to us, we will send you a new one. If we no longer have the product, we will refund your money for the imperfect item only. This applies to findings only and not hand-rolled polymer clay or gemstones.

Imperfections are a result of the process and mentioned only because those who are unfamiliar with handmade may not understand the difference in process between machine tooled and handmade.

Controlling the process in handmade to the same degree as machines is nearly impossible. However, the imperfections are part of the charm. If you are looking for absolute perfection, these products may not be suitable.
